RETURNS POLICY
Please examine your order immediately on receiving it. Any problems or dissatisfaction
with your order must be communicated to OSMONDS within 7 days of receiving your
order. If OSMONDS have made a mistake in shipping your order this will be rectified
as soon as possible and any return carriage charges incurred by the customer
will be refunded.
If you have ordered in error and wish to exchange the goods, please return
the goods unopened and in a resaleable conditon within 7 days and we will endevaour
to exchange the goods where possible making any extra financial adjustments
regarding cost of the exchanged products. Please note that the carriage charge
will not be refunded in this circumstance and an additional standard postage
charge will be made in shipping the exchanged goods back to the customer.
If you have ordered in error and no exchange is required please return the
goods unopened and in a resaleable conditon within 7 days and the full price
of the product will be refunded. Please note that the carriage charge will not
be refunded in this circumstance.
