A carriage charge of £5.00 will be applied to all UK Mainland orders under £50.00. An additional £5.00 carriage charge applies to all Highland/Islands orders to the following postcode areas, regardless of the order total:

From 1st November 2017 carriage to Northern Ireland on orders over 2kg will be charged at £12 regardless of order (This applies to orders that DO NOT contain Hazardous goods. Hazardous Parcels and ALL pallets will be charged at cost).
If the cost of carriage for your order is greater than the amount charged at the checkout, will we contact you to inform you of the additional costs. If you are happy to proceed with your order, we will process the additional payment.

Carriage on export orders is charged at cost, you will be emailed a delivery quote when we receive your order.
Carriage will be added to the order total at the invoicing stage.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of receipt. Delivery is made using either Parcelforce 24 hour or 48 hour (UK mainland, depending on post code), or by Royal Mail First Class, depending on order weight and value. If there is a delay of more than 5 working days before dispatching your order, we will contact you by email to let you know.
If you require an order sending out the same day on a 24 hr delivery (not including Saturday) this will cost £10, Saturday deliveries are charged at £12. To do these options please contact us by telephone, our cut off point for this service is 2pm. These rates apply to each individual mainland UK delivery address and this does not include the Highlands and Islands.
Please note that for Highlands & Islands the Royal Mail Special delivery guaranteed service by 5.30pm is available for the following postcodes: AB30-56, IV21-28, IV40, IV52, IV54, KW1-14, PA28-38, PH15, 17-26, PH31-40, PH49-50, HS1, HS3-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, PA20 (O-9), PA41-49, PA60, PA77, KW15, KW16 (Stromness Town only), GY9 (Alderney), ZE1 (Lerwick, HS3. Delivery after two working days by 5.30pm for postcodes: GY1 3 (Herm), GY10 (Sark), HS2, PA61-75, PA78, ZE2-3. Delivery after 3 working days by 5.30pm on the third working day to postcodes: KW16-17, PH30, PH41-44. Saturday guaranteed delivery is not available for: GY1 3 (Herm), GY9 (Alderney), GY10 (Sark). Please note this service may incur an additional charge, please contact us for a quote.
Please note: In the event of severe weather conditions eg: snow there may be a delay in receiving your goods, Parcelforce may not attempt delivery direct to your home and instead leave your goods at your Local Post Office. Again during times of severe weather disruption, Royal Mail services may be disrupted, resulting in you receiving your goods later than expected. During these times we will also not be able to guarantee a next day delivery service.
