CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2023
LAST ORDER DATE FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS TUESDAY 19TH DECEMBER.
(Orders are to be received by lunchtime. Although we do our best to despatch on time, we can not be held responsible for any late deliveries due to shipping company delays).
A carriage charge of £5.95 will be applied to all UK Mainland orders under £75.00 & should be expected between 5-7 working days from the order being dispatched. Please note, this does not include Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order at the weekend or any day classed as a bank holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day. An additional £5.00 carriage charge applies to all Highland/Islands orders to the following postcode areas, regardless of the order total:

For orders over £75, delivery is free of charge to an address located within mainland UK, with the exception of addresses in the Highlands & any Islands of the British Isles where the following shipping charges will apply: £9.95 on orders under £100.00; £5.00 on orders over £100.00.
From 1st November 2017 carriage to Northern Ireland on orders over 2kg will be charged at £12 regardless of order (This applies to orders that DO NOT contain Hazardous goods. Hazardous Parcels and ALL pallets will be charged at cost).
If the cost of carriage for your order is greater than the amount charged at the checkout, will we contact you to inform you of the additional cost. If you are happy to proceed with your order, we will process the additional payment.
Apologies Osmonds Limited does not fulfil orders from the Republic of Ireland.
Carriage on export orders is charged at cost, you will be emailed a delivery quote when we receive your order.
Carriage will be added to the order total at the invoicing stage.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of receipt. Delivery is made using either courier (UK mainland, depending on postcode), or by Royal Mail First Class, depending on order weight and value. If there is a delay of more than 5 working days before dispatching your order, we will contact you by email to let you know.
Please note: In the event of severe weather conditions eg: snow there may be a delay in receiving your goods, Parcelforce may not attempt delivery direct to your home and instead leave your goods at your Local Post Office. Again during times of severe weather disruption, Royal Mail services may be disrupted, resulting in you receiving your goods later than expected. During these times we will also not be able to guarantee a next day delivery service.
