A carriage charge of £5.95 will be applied to all UK Mainland orders under £75.00 and should be expected between 5-7 working days from the order being dispatched. Please note, this does not include Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order at the weekend or on a bank holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day.

An additional £5.00 carriage charge applies to all Highland/Islands orders to the following postcode areas, regardless of order total: HS1-9, IV1-36, IV40-49, IV51-56, KA27, KA28, KW1-3, KW5-14, KW15-17, PA20-49, PA60, PA61, PA62-77, PA78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.

For orders over £75, delivery is free of charge to an address within mainland UK, with the exception of the Highlands & Islands of the British Isles, where the following charges apply: £9.95 on orders under £100.00; £5.00 on orders over £100.00.

Carriage to Northern Ireland on orders over 2kg is charged at £12 regardless of order total (this applies to orders that do not contain hazardous goods – hazardous parcels and all pallets are charged at cost).

If the cost of carriage for your order is greater than the amount charged at checkout, we will contact you to inform you of the additional cost before processing the additional payment.

Apologies – Osmonds does not currently fulfil orders to the Republic of Ireland.

Carriage on export orders is charged at cost; you will be emailed a delivery quote when we receive your order. Carriage will be added to the order total at the invoicing stage.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of receipt. Delivery is made using either courier (UK mainland, depending on postcode) or Royal Mail First Class, depending on order weight and value. If there is a delay of more than 5 working days before dispatching your order, we will contact you by email to let you know.

Please note: in the event of severe weather conditions (e.g. snow) there may be a delay in receiving your goods – couriers may not attempt delivery direct to your home and instead leave your goods at your local Post Office, and Royal Mail services may also be disrupted. During these times we are also unable to guarantee a next-day delivery service.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us by phone on 01948 668100, by email at info@osmonds.co.uk, or in writing. Goods must be returned to us at Bradeley Green, Tarporley Road, Whitchurch, Shropshire, SY13 4HD within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Once we receive your returned goods, we will reimburse your payment (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days.
